Underselling itself with the name Three Valleys, Meribel sits happily in the middle of around five skiable valleys, linking up with Courcheval and Val Thorens. This massive area provides a variety of outstanding off and on-piste experiences. Meribel is exactly as you’d want an Alpine village to look, but without the top-end price tag of some of it's neighbours. As one of the best apres-ski bars you're ever likely to see, you must visit Rond-Point as you chase the sun off the mountain. This fantastic venue serves as a good indication of the quality of nightlife in this friendly village.
