Stunning little chalet - 11/05/2023
Overall

The chalet is a lovely place to spend a week in Val - perfect for 6 people with a great living space & good sized bedrooms. The hot tub is fantanstic after a day on the slopes. The building offers a great ski/boot room. Location wise it is about 8 minutes walk to the centre of Val & the lifts.

Amazing service - 04/02/2020
Overall

We stayed in this hotel first time. We really enjoyed a great service and staff is super friendly. Our child was super happy in afternoon club. Location is perfect close to slopes, shops and restaurants. We saved lot of money because this hotel been catered and we had breakfast, tea, and evening meal. Outside everywhere is very expensive to eat out.

Val D'Isere/Tignes Variety for all ages and ability. - 25/07/2019
Overall

We stayed in the La Daille area about half a kilometre from the centre of Val D'Isere. There is a small nursery area and access to the slopes is via the Funival railway or the La Daille telecabin. The first takes you to the top of the olympic slope and the telecabin takes you within a lift ride of the Tignes slopes. We had a fantastic week in late January and although we are long time skiers there was plenty of variety for us. Tignes is a well linked resort and there are plenty of interesting red and blue slopes it has a reputation for being a family friendly resort and it lives up to that with plenty of area for kids to gain their ski legs close to the towns before venturing further afield. Some of the lifts are free so for absolute beginners you can practice before paying for a lift pass. the various areas in Val D'Isere aren't as well linked but the skiing can be a bit more challenging . This was our first time in Val although I have stayed in Tignes a few time with family and would recommend the region to anyone. Lift pass is expensive but so are all the big regions.

Val D'Isere. - 31/05/2019
Overall

Having done 2 ski seasons and enjoyed many holidays in Val D'Isere is known as one of the best resorts for all the correct reasons! There is plenty to do for non skiers whether that is walking around the village going to the different shops or cafes, or enjoying the market day on Mondays or Cinema on any night of the week! It suits skiers of all abilities and due to the vast ski area it is rare to have to queue up for a lift so you can either enjoy your favourite run a few times without needing to wait long to do it again or cover the whole piste map including Tignes without any worry of being slowed down! The apres ski is known for the Folie Douce on the mountain which is great however, in recent years the Cocorico with live music every night has become so popular they have opened a second at the bottom of the Grand Motte in Tignes!
