Hotel Elisabethpark sits in the heart of Bad Gastein, an alpine destination famous for its 1,000-metre vertical drop and 250 kilometres of groomed pistes. This historic hotel is built directly over the town’s famous natural thermal springs, channeling warm, mineral-rich waters into its spacious indoor swimming pool. Floor-to-ceiling windows frame views of the surrounding snow-dusted, forested hillsides, making a late afternoon swim highly restorative.
When you step off the mountain, the central location immerses you in the local resort atmosphere. Accessing the main ski lift system is straightforward, with a convenient local shuttle service available for a small fee. Inside the building, grand Austrian architecture and traditional spa-hotel interiors celebrate the unique local heritage, prioritising authentic character over minimalist modern style.Unwinding after a day on the snow is a relaxed affair, whether you choose the four on-site saunas or a comforting drink in the lounge-bar. Dining consists of a four-course buffet featuring classic Austrian fare, alongside festive gala dinners included on Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve.

Please be aware that the main entrance to the hotel is closed from 10pm to 6am. During these hours, entrance to the hotel is via the ski locker room located 3 metres away to the right of the hotel. There are no staff on reception during these times.
Hotel Room Options
All rooms are non-smoking and have a hairdryer and TV. Daily room cleaning with free linen change is included. Bathrobes are available on request for an extra charge of approx. €5.
Twin room (approx. 18m²) – sleeps 2: Double bed, private shower and WC.
Deluxe twin room (approx. 22m²) – sleeps 2-4 (max 3 adults, or 2 adults and 2 children up to 12 years): Double bedroom, living room with double sofa bed when booked for three or four, private shower and WC.
Single room (approx. 15m²) – sleeps 1: Single bed, private shower and WC.
Cots are available to hire, free of charge, on request.
