Fulpmes Ski Resort
Whether you’re travelling as a family, a couple or on your own, Fulpmes is a fantastic place to ski and enjoy the Austrian way of life. There are several ski schools, childcare facilities and other activities to help make it easy for people to settle in and make the most of the stunning resort.
There are numerous lifts here to easily transport visitors across the four areas of Schlick 2000, the Stubai Glacier, Serlesbahnen Mieders and Elferlifte Neustift. With so much to explore, it’s the perfect place for a ski trip.
Snow conditions in Fulpmes
The ski season operates from November to April and all of the runs are immaculately conditioned to ensure great coverage and a smooth ride for visitors.
Skiing in Fulpmes
Across the four areas, there are runs for all kinds of abilities and travelling between them is easy. Firstly, Schlick 2000 has a large variety of routes and a strong reputation for off-piste terrain, while nursery slopes at Frone Ben will help to keep newcomers happy.
Intermediates can look forward to some scenic forest areas, whereas the Stubai Glacier poses the biggest challenge - a seven-mile run with a 1,500m drop! A host of other sites are reachable at Serlesbahnen Mieders and Elferlifte Neustift, with a Stubai Superski ticket granting access to them all.
Apres ski, restaurants and other activities in Fulpmes
There is a great apres ski scene across the resort, including over 30 bars and restaurants. The Ossi and Corso pubs are among the most popular here, while the Alpenrose has its own brewery.
In addition, there is a toboggan run, sleigh rides and ice skating facilities so you can enjoy the great outdoors away from the slopes.
Transfer time in Fulpmes
Innsbruck is the closest airport to the resort and is just 14 miles away, enabling travellers to get off the plane and onto the slopes relatively quickly.
