From the moment you walk through the door the hotel owners and the staff make you feel very welcome and can’t do enough for you.
We had beautiful Reiterkogel type rooms which were very spacious, had comfortable beds, a mini bar with free juice and water, modern bathroom and separate wc. The hotel is opposite a nursery slope and has a bus stop right outside the hotel as well.
The food was fantastic, best I’ve ever had in the Alps. On arrival day there is a buffet with so much choice and all fresh. Breakfast is plentiful with cereals, yogurts, fruits, breads, cold cuts and an egg station where you can order whatever you like. There is also bubbly every morning should you feel like it. Dinner is a 5 course meal and lots of variation.
One of our favourite areas of the hotel was the spa/pool area. Especially the outside pool & hot tub was heaven after a day on the slopes. Also had a massage in the spa which is very recommendable.
We hope to come back here in the future!
Gardenhotel Theresia

Bernkogel 'Small B' Austrian twins are around 22m². These rooms have a bath, seating area and north-west facing balcony. Single guests can use these rooms on request.
Zwölfer 'Family Type C' Austrian twins can sleep up to four using sofa beds in the lounge area. These rooms are around 35m² and the balconies face south east.
Reiterkogel 'Large A' Austrian twins are around 35m² and have a west facing balcony. They can sleep up to four using a double sofa bed.
