Chalet Osprey, St Anton, St Anton
Chalet Osprey forms part of our fantastic "Mountain Lodge" development situated in the popular Gastig area of St Anton.
Finished to an extremely high standard, this first and second floor duplex apartment-style chalet offers superb accommodation for a maximum of 10 people in spacious, comfortable surroundings with a lovely welcoming living area with soft sofa seating and a wonderful open log fire - something often difficult to find in St Anton chalets!
All chalet rooms are large and well furnished, benefiting from ensuite facilities and most with balconies. There is also the incredible added advantage of a private swimming pool (for Mountain Lodge) along with a relaxation area, sauna and hammam in which to relax and rest those weary legs after a hard day on the slopes. This super chalet is positioned in a peaceful location, about a 12 minute walk downhill to the resort centre (a little more on the way back!). The free resort bus stops close by giving access to the Galzig & Rendl lifts and offer a complimentary ski shuttle service on 6 days of the week at set times in the morning and afternoon, meaning access to and from the fantastic Arlberg Ski Circuit could not be easier. The Osprey (also referred to locally as Gampen) is run by one of our friendly chalet hosts (with the help of a combi from time to time) who live in a separate apartment in the same building.
Did You Know... The Osprey is a fish-eating bird of prey, also often referred to as a sea-hawk, river-hawk or fish-hawk, possesses specialised physical characteristics and exhibits unique behaviour to assist in hunting and catching prey - whilst you're unlikely to see one in St Anton (!), they can be found on all Continents except Antarctica...
