Skiers can catch the nearby Alpauris and Marmottes 1 chairlifts to efficiently explore 250 kilometres of diverse, snow-sure slopes. The vast terrain accommodates every ability level, ranging from high-altitude glacier runs down from the 3,330-metre Pic Blanc summit to technical pistes and the legendary 16-kilometre Sarenne descent.

After a rewarding day under the famous Alpine sunshine, the residence provides a dedicated sanctuary for relaxation. Guests can unwind inside the private wellness area, which features an indoor heated swimming pool, a traditional sauna, a steam room, and tranquil treatment spaces

All apartments are non-smoking and have a kitchen with an oven, hob, fridge, kettle, coffee machine, microwave, tea or coffee-making facilities and toaster, as well as a flatscreen TV and free WiFi. Towels, linen and end-of-stay cleaning (except kitchen) are included.


When you arrive, you’ll need to pay a deposit of approx. €300-€700 in cash or by credit or debit card for each apartment on your booking.

• 1 bedroom apartment with balcony or terrace (approx. 30-45m²) – sleeps 1-4: Double bedroom, living area with double sofa bed, private shower or bath, WC and balcony or terrace.

• 1 bedroom apartment with balcony or terrace (approx. 46-60m²) – sleeps 1-6: Double bedroom, living area with double sofa bed, bunk beds, private shower or bath, WC and balcony or terrace.

• 2 bedroom apartment with balcony or terrace (approx. 53-77m²) – sleeps 1-6: Double bedroom, twin bedroom, living area with double sofa bed, separate bathroom with private shower and WC, and balcony or terrace.
