Perched high on the cliffside in Avoriaz’s welcoming Falaise neighbourhood, these apartments treat you to dramatic, uninterrupted panoramas across the snow-draped Morzine valley. Arranged across nine multi-level residences, you will find yourself either moments from the slopes or enjoying effortless ski-in-ski-out access, letting you slide straight out towards the expansive 600km Portes du Soleil circuit.
The village centre is just a short stroll away, putting bakery treats, lively après spots, and rental shops right at your fingertips. Designed as a practical and fuss-free alpine base, each apartment features an efficient kitchenette equipped with all the essentials for whipping up restorative post-ski suppers or morning coffees. For a touch of morning indulgence, you can arrange freshly baked pastries and warm baguettes delivered directly to your building. It is a simple, brilliantly placed set-up that keeps the focus firmly where it belongs: carving up the mountain and soaking up the high-altitude atmosphere.

Apartment Room Options
All apartments have a kitchenette with hotplates, combi microwave oven/grill, fridge and dishwasher, as well as a TV with English channels, balcony and free WiFi. Bed linen, towels, soap, cleaning kit and end-of-stay cleaning (excluding kitchen) are included. Beds are made up on arrival.
When you arrive, you’ll need to provide a credit card to be scanned. A €1 payment will be taken to secure this card, so that any additional costs (such as damage or cleaning charges) may be deducted at the end of your stay. If you can only pay by cash, you’ll need to pay a cash deposit of approx. €200 for each apartment on your booking. Check our Crystal A-Z for more information on deposits.
Studio (approx. 20-22m²) - sleeps 1-4: Living area with two single day beds, alcove with bunk beds, private bath or shower and WC.
1 bedroom apartment (approx. 19-25m²) - sleeps 1-4: Double bedroom, living area with two single day beds, private bath with shower, and WC.
Baby kits are available at an extra cost per week, payable locally, including a travel cot with fitted sheet, highchair, changing mat and pushchair.
