Hotel Vanoise
The Hotel La Vanoise 1825 has a vibrant and stylish look throughout. Centrally located in the small town of Brides-les-Bains, the hotel's a short walk from the Olympe gondola, which links to the famous resort of Méribel and the Three Valleys beyond.
There's a pink theme that runs throughout here, giving a statement feel to the walls, doors, carpets and general decor. The rooms are comfortable and spacious, and are fitted with modern furnishings. Portrait artwork gives them a dash of intrigue, and for those who like to get some fresh air without moving far you can even choose a room with a south-facing balcony.
Meals are taken in the Cerisiers restaurant at the neighbouring Hotel Amelie, which also has a bar with a daily happy hour from 4-6pm. This is linked by an outdoor walkway between hotels, so it's simple to get between the two.
