Chalet Solstice
Chalet Solstice is a beautifully renovated, traditional family chalet spanning 140m2, offering a serene escape just a short distance from the dynamic atmosphere and world-class skiing of Chamonix Mont-Blanc. Its elevated position provides a quiet haven, only 2.2km from the vibrant town centre, famed for its dramatic peaks and legendary alpine culture. The substantial three-level property is designed for comfort, starting with the ground floor wellness area, which features a private sauna and a separate television corner. The first floor hosts the main social space: an open-plan area with a contemporary kitchen, dining space, and lounge, which opens onto a private terrace and small garden. A shower room with a WC is also located here.
The top floor houses three well-appointed bedrooms. Two double bedrooms each boast a private bathroom, with one enjoying a balcony. The third is a large family suite, separated into a ‘parents’ section with a double bed and a ‘children’s’ section featuring bunk beds, serviced by its own bathroom.
Amenities include a dedicated ski room, a laundry room, and private outdoor parking, though special snow equipment is required for the steep access road in winter.
