Tucked away in the beautiful and traditional Savoyard village of Châtel, the Prestige Résidence Les Fermes de Châtel offers a premium alpine escape. Situated in the heart of the resort, this high-quality residence is just a stone's throw from the Super-Châtel ski lift, putting you in the perfect position to explore the vast Portes du Soleil ski area. For ultimate convenience, the apartments provide ski-in, ski-out access directly onto the piste.
The three buildings are designed in a traditional, rustic style using high-quality natural materials, offering a cosy and authentic alpine atmosphere. Inside, the apartments are beautifully decorated to a high standard. From your private balcony, you can enjoy stunning views of the village and valley or watch skiers carving their way down the mountain.
As well as having the freedom of a self-catered stay, you can also enjoy the residence's excellent facilities. Unwind in the wellness area with its hot tub and heated indoor pool, or simply relax by the open fire in the inviting lounge.

Apartment Room Options
All apartments have a kitchenette with ceramic hob, multi-function oven, fridge, freezer and dishwasher, as well as a TV and WiFi. Bed linen, towels, end-of-stay cleaning (except kitchen, cleaning kit included) and local taxes are included.
When you arrive, you’ll need to pay a deposit of approx. €500 by credit or debit card for each apartment on your booking.
1 bedroom apartment with balcony or terrace (approx. 34m²) - sleeps 2-4: Double bedroom, living area with double sofa bed, private shower or bath, WC and balcony or terrace.
2 bedroom apartment with balcony or terrace (approx. 48m²) - sleeps 2-6: Double bedroom with en suite bathroom, twin bedroom, living area with double sofa bed, private shower or bath, WC and balcony or terrace. Some apartments are duplex.
2 bedroom apartment with balcony or terrace - sleeps 2-6: Double bedroom, cabin room with bunk beds, living area with two sofa beds, private bath or shower, WC and balcony or terrace. Some apartments are duplex.
Cots, highchairs and baby baths are available to hire free of charge. Please request at the time of booking.
Please note:
End-of-stay cleaning does not include the kitchen, so you’ll need to clean this yourself or an extra charge will be deducted from your deposit.
All beds except sofa beds will be made up before you arrive. Bed linen will be provided for sofa beds, for you to make up on arrival.
