**Access to the spa includes 2 visits per person before 4pm and 1 visit per person after 4pm per week. This is for guests over 18 years, within the spa’s usual opening times. Please be aware that you need to reserve your spa visits at reception. Spa access includes the sauna, hammam and sensory showers, depending on facilities available at your hotel.

Pepi Penguin Nursery (6 months-3/4 years) and Beanie Bear Club (3/4-8 years) are based in Hotel Le Flaine. All childcare is an extra charge and must be pre-booked to guarantee a place. Places are subject to availability.
Hotel Room Options
All rooms have a flatscreen TV and WiFi.When you arrive, you’ll need to pay a deposit of approx. €200 by credit card for each room on your booking. Check our Crystal A-Z for more information on deposits.
Twin room (approx. 18m²) - sleep 1-2: Double bed or twin beds, private shower and WC. Twin beds are provided as standard – if you’d like a double bed, please contact us so we can update your booking.
Triple room (approx. 20m²) - sleep 2-3: Three single beds, private shower and WC.
Quad room (approx. 22m²) - sleep 2-4 (max 3 adults and 1 child up to 11 years): Double bed or twin beds, bunk beds, private shower and WC. Twin beds are provided as standard – if you’d like a double bed, please contact us so we can update your booking.
Please note: For safety reasons, children under 6 years old can't sleep on the top bunk bed.
