Les Terrasses de Véret Residences
Escape to the slopes with a stay at Les Terrasses de Véret, offering a prime ski-in, ski-out location right next to the Grand Vans chairlift in Flaine. Flaine is a purpose-built, car-free resort known for its excellent snow record and extensive ski area, the Grand Massif. These apartments put you in the heart of the action, with shops and a supermarket just a couple of minutes' walk away.
Designed for convenience and value, the apartments provide everything you need for a comfortable stay. Each apartment has its own balcony and can accommodate up to eight people, making them perfect for groups or families looking for a practical base. After a full day on the mountain, soothe your muscles in the indoor pool, hot tub, or sauna—a welcome treat before dinner. With a halfpipe and bluebird days a common sight, Flaine is the perfect place to shred the gnar. Wait, scratch that. But seriously, it's a great spot for skiing, and these residences offer a hassle-free way to make the most of your time on the mountain.

Childcare
From snowman building to story time, childcare team know how to make sure your little ones have the best ski holiday ever. Nursery (6 months-3/4 years) and Kids Club (3/4-8 years) are based in Hotel Le Flaine. All childcare is an extra charge and must be pre-booked to guarantee a place. Nursery (6 months - 3 years)
Nursery is run by team of English-speaking childcare professionals. And there is a dedicated space inside the hotel with toys and games that are just right for this age group.
There’s plenty of time for free play, as well as stories, singing and arts and crafts. And we always try to include some outdoor time as well – whether that’s a gondola ride or a spot of snow painting. And if your child normally has a nap, we’ll factor that in too.
Kid's Club (3-8 years)
Kid's Club is all about fun and games – and English-speaking childcare professionals always have a song or story up their sleeve. There us a dedicated club room in the hotel, where kids can play with toys, get stuck into crafts or settle down with stories. Plus, when the weather’s nice, there are plenty of snowy activities on the cards too.
Please note: Ski school isn’t included with Kids Club, so you’ll need to add this separately when making your booking. Ski school collection is only included if you book your child’s lessons through Crystal and you’ll still need to drop off your child yourself at ski school every morning.
Both Nursery and Kid's Club run for either 3, 5 or 6 days and must be pre-booked to guarantee a place.
Please note, childcare is at an extra charge, and in some instances does not extend the full length of the ski season. Give us a call to chat through your options.
Residence Apartment Options
All apartments have a kitchenette with hot plates, combi microwave oven, fridge and dishwasher, as well as a TV. Bed linen, towels, cleaning kit and local taxes are included. End-of-stay cleaning is not included - optional extra charge approx. €70-130 per apartment. You'll need to pay for any breakages during your stay. On arrival, you'll be asked to sign a contract to cover end-of-stay cleaning and breakage charges.
When you arrive, you’ll need to pay a deposit of approx. €400 by credit or debit card for each apartment on your booking
1 bedroom apartment (approx. 28m²) - sleep 1-4 (max 2 adults or 2 adults and 2 children up to 15 years): Double or twin bedroom, living room with double sofa bed, private shower or bath, WC and balcony.
1 bedroom apartment (approx. 32-35m²) - sleep 1-5 (max 3 adults or 3 adults and 2 children up to 15 years): Double or twin bedroom with extra single sofa bed, living room with double sofa bed, private shower or bath, WC and balcony.
2 bedroom apartment with balcony (approx. 42-44m²) - sleep 1-6 (max 4 adults or 4 adults and 2 children up to 15 years): Two double or twin bedrooms, living room with double sofa bed (advised for children only), private shower or bath, WC and balcony. These apartments are over two floors and have a narrow staircase, so they're not suitable for those with reduced mobility..
2 bedroom apartment with balcony (approx. 45m²) - sleep 1-6 (max 4 adults or 4 adults and 2 children up to 15 years): Two double or twin bedrooms, living room with double sofa bed (advised for children only), private shower or bath, WC and balcony.
- 3 bedroom apartment with balcony (approx. 50-65m²) - sleep 1-8 (max 6 adults or 6 adults and 2 children up to 15 years): Three double or twin bedrooms, living room with double sofa bed (advised for children only), private shower or bath, WC and balcony.
Please note: The double sofa beds in these apartments are small and aren't recommended for adults to use.
