Residence & Spa Mendi Alde
The Residence & Spa Mendi Alde is the perfect base for your self-catering ski holiday in La Clusaz. Blending traditional chalet-style architecture with the convenience of an apartment complex, this accommodation provides a comfortable and practical stay. Each apartment features a compact but well-equipped kitchenette, ideal for preparing a hearty breakfast before you hit the slopes or a quick, fuss-free dinner in the evening.
The location couldn't be better. You're just a two-minute walk from the Bossonnet ski area via a convenient walkway, giving you easy access to the mountain. For a change of scenery, a gentle five-minute stroll will take you into the centre of La Clusaz, where you can explore a variety of local shops or dine at one of the village's many restaurants serving Savoyard specialities.
After a long day of skiing, you can unwind in the residence's wellness area, which includes a sauna, spa and indoor pool. There's plenty to keep the whole family entertained, with a play area and games room featuring a pool table and table football.

Residence Room Options
All apartments have a kitchenette with ceramic hob, fridge, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, microwave and toaster. There’s also free WiFi in each apartment as well as a TV with international channels. Bed linen, towels and end-of-stay cleaning (except kitchenette and washing up) and cleaning kits are included. You'll need to make up any beds in the living room on arrival.
When you arrive, you’ll need to pay a deposit of approx. €500 per apartment on your booking.
Studio with balcony or terrace (approx. 25m²) – sleeps 1-2: Living room with double sofa bed, private shower or bath, WC and balcony or terrace.
1 bedroom apartment with balcony or terrace (approx. 33-38m²) – sleeps 1-4: Double or twin bedroom and living room with double sofa bed, private shower or bath, WC and balcony or terrace.
2 bedroom apartment with balcony or terrace (approx. 45-50m²) – sleeps 1-6: Double bedroom, second bedroom with either a double bed or twin beds and double sofa bed in the lounge, private shower or bath, WC and balcony or terrace. Twin beds are provided as standard – if you’d like a double bed, please contact us so we can update your booking, subject to availability.
- 2 bedroom apartment with balcony or terrace (approx. 60m²) – sleeps 1-6: Interconnecting studio and 1 bedroom apartment, with double bedroom and two living rooms with double sofa beds, private shower or bath, WC and balcony or terrace.
Baby equipment (including cot, high chair and baby bath) is available to hire, free of charge, on request. Please be aware that you will need to bring your own cot mattress and extra sheets.
