Chalet Hotel Bérangère, Les Deux Alpes, France

We stayed in this Chalet hotel. Had a fantastic time, the staff were amaziing and I cannot praise them enough. Les Deux Alpes as a resort was a great choice for us , as we had mixed abilities of skiiers and snowboarders and we were all catered for perfectly. Short transfer time and great apres ski made the perfect holiday for me ,not to forget the great skiing aswell. Thoroughly recommend the resort and the chalet hotel.

The staff were excellent and the food was also very good. The hotel though needs a complete refurbishment as there was threadbare seats in the lounge and our bedroom needed to be gutted and refurbished. We had a great holiday though but would not stay here again as I expect the bedroom and bathroom facilities to be at a certain standard. The shower could not be used properly as there was not enough water coming out. Has huge potential as rooms were bigger and lighter than rooms we have previously stayed in. Still good holiday but extremely disappointed with Mark Warner for allowing this to pass their tests.
