Spanning over 650 square metres, the property balances its forested, alpine setting with expansive, light-filled architecture. The interior aesthetic avoids traditional rustic tropes in favour of a sophisticated palette of raw stone, concrete, and warm timber, creating a space that feels deeply connected to the surrounding peaks.

The residence accommodates twelve guests across six en-suite bedrooms, including a significant principal suite and a generous junior suite. At its core, the double-height lounge serves as a dramatic social hub, featuring an integrated bar and internal bridges that overlook the central fireplace. Beyond the professional and guest-facing kitchens, the dining area transitions seamlessly onto wide terraces, ideal for catching the late afternoon sun over the Vanoise mountains. For recovery, a dedicated wellness floor houses a substantial indoor pool, hammam, and sauna, complemented by separate entertainment rooms tailored for multi-generational privacy.
