On the ground floor – an entrance hallway leading to a small cloakroom, one bedroom and the downstairs bathroom with shower and separate toilet. Through a door into the open plan dining room with a log burning fire and the living area featuring large windows with views towards Pleney. The open kitchen is also on this floor. Upstairs there are a further three bedrooms – two with balconies, a family bathroom with bath and shower and a second separate toilet.
