Grand Aigle Hotel & Spa, Serre Chevalier, France

We've been to the ClubHotel Grand Aigle twice now and as value for money it's great - especially, if like us you have children and have to pay for more than just one person. The hotel is ski in ski out although to be honest, both times we have stayed and not really skied home as the resort has been so hot that the slope back is a bit slushy - but you can do it and there's even an easy green all the way back to the hotel, too. The hotel is basic and clean - the staff are very helpful and there's a free ski bus from right outside to the nearest bubble!
