Club Aspen, Val d'Isère, France

We have stayed in the Aspen Lodge previously, so knew what to expect re the accomodation. As usual, the flights and transfers were fine. We were welcomed in the resort by the manager and our chalet host and felt very welcome in the chalet. The chalet was clean and tidy and well maintained throughout our stay. Food was of a good quality and wine fine and the chalet host was helpful and friendly. The reception staff were polite and friendly as per usual and always on hand to help out/book restaurants/etc. The chalet manager visited on a few occasions over the course of the week and was lovely. We have skied in Val on numerous occasions before, so knew what to expect re the skiing and we know our way around the mountains and where best to stop for lunch. Apres was typically fun (albeit expensive). We will definitely be back and would definitely book with Iglu again!
