While the residence focuses on providing a peaceful, independent base rather than extensive facilities, the central location ensures that local restaurants serving traditional Savoyard specialities and classic comfort foods are just steps from your front door.

Apartment Room Options 

All apartments are non-smoking have a kitchenette with a combination oven with microwave and grill, hob, fridge and coffee machine, as well as a flatscreen TV, hairdryer safe and free WiFi. Bed linen, towels, cleaning kit and end-of-stay cleaning (except the kitchen) are included.

When you arrive, you’ll need to pay a deposit of approx. €400 per week in cash or by credit card for each apartment on your booking.

• Studio with balcony – sleeps 1-2: Double sofa bed in lounge, shower or bath, WC and balcony.

• 1 bedroom apartment with balcony – sleeps 1-4: Twin or double bedroom, double sofa bed in lounge, shower or bath, WC and balcony.

• 1 bedroom apartment with balcony – sleeps 1-6: Twin or double bedroom, bunk bed in alcove, double sofa bed in lounge, shower or bath, WC and balcony.

• 2 bedroom apartment with balcony – sleeps 1-6: Twin or double bedroom, bunk bed in cabin room, double sofa bed in lounge, shower or bath, WC and balcony.

• 3 bedroom apartment with balcony – sleeps 1-8: Two twin or double bedrooms, bunk bed in cabin room, double sofa bed in lounge, shower, bath, WC and balcony.

Cots are available to hire for approx. €49 per week, payable locally.
