Chalet Zirm
Perched high above Arabba, Chalet Zirm is a converted hay barn that delivers an intimate, secluded retreat with front-row access to the world-renowned Sella Ronda circuit. Inside, traditional Alpine timber creates a warm, authentic feel across comfortable guest rooms and a dedicated breakfast room serving a hearty morning buffet.Getting to the slopes is effortless. Arabba sits at 1,602 metres with a reputation for serious skiing, and a private shuttle whisks you 1.5 kilometres down to the Burz chairlift at regular intervals throughout the day. When tired legs call for respite, the shuttle brings you straight back to soothe ski muscles in the chalet’s complimentary sauna and steam room.
In the evenings, you get all the convenience of a larger hotel without sacrificing your rustic peace. The partner Hotel Olympia downhill hosts you for pre-dinner drinks in its welcoming lounge and serves your evening meal, with coordinated shuttles taking care of every climb and descent.

Chalet Room Options
Twin rooms sleep two to three people, the extra bed is a single bed and will only be provided if three people occupy the room. These rooms have a smart alpine style and each room has a bathroom with shower.
Twin for sole use rooms are available on request and carry a supplement.
Chalet Catering
Fuel up for a day on the slopes with a continental buffet breakfast.
Dinner is taken at the Hotel Olympia, is four courses with choices and a salad buffet. The menu often includes Alpine and Mediterranean dishes.
Christmas & New Year's dinners are included in the half board.
In Italy, it’s common for hotels not to provide tap water during meal service. Still and sparkling bottled water can be easily purchased locally.
There’s no communal lounge at Chalet Zirm, and the breakfast room closes after breakfast. Instead, you’re welcome to use the bar and lounge at Hotel Olympia. The shuttle starts running there again from 6.45pm for dinner and keeps going until everyone has arrived.
After dinner, you can stay for a few drinks in the bar and the shuttle will bring you back to Chalet Zirm when you’re ready. If you head into Arabba after dinner, you’ll need to walk or take a taxi back, as there’s no shuttle service into the centre.
