Chalet Emma – Li Palu is self-catered apartment accommodation in Livigno. It's a short walk to the free ski bus stop, which offers convenient transport to Livigno's nursery slopes.
The Cassana gondola is located a 5-minute walk from the property, providing access to the Alta Valtellina ski area and its 214km of slopes.
The apartments are located in a quiet area, but are still conveniently placed for walking to Livigno's lively pedestrianised main area, which offers après-ski venues, shops, and restaurants.
Chalet Emma – Li Palu is functional accommodation suitable for families or small groups, with each apartment including kitchenette facilities, allowing guests to prepare meals at their own convenience.

2 bedroom apartment (approx. 65-70m²) – sleeps 2-6: Two double bedrooms, one double sofa bed in living room, kitchenette, private shower or bath and WC.
***Please note that there is Chalet Li Palù (the main check-in building) and Chalet Emma (annex), which are two minutes' walk from one another. You will be unable to choose which one you'll stay in, but both chalets have the exact same facilities, are the same size and share similar distances from bus and other services.***
