Set against the snow-sure backdrop of Livigno, Chalet Emma – Li Palù’s apartments offer a wonderfully independent base for groups seeking a simple, fuss-free mountain escape. Outfitted with practical kitchenette facilities, the apartments invite you to enjoy pre-ski mornings entirely at your own pace, completely free from the rush of rigid breakfast times.
When the mountains call, a gentle five-minute stroll delivers you straight to the Cassana gondola, unlocking effortless access to the vast ski area. For beginners or those heading to ski school, the complimentary local ski bus stops just down the road, whisking you swiftly to the nearby nursery slopes.
Post-skiing, the beautiful duty-free pedestrian zone of Livigno is just a short trip away. It is the perfect setting to dive into the vibrant après scene, browse independent shops, or sample local Valtellinese cuisine in traditional restaurants. Accommodation is split between Chalet Li Palù and the Chalet Emma annex—located just a two-minute walk apart—both offering identical facilities, space, and superb convenience.

1 bedroom apartment (approx. 45-50m²) – sleeps 2-5 (max 4 adults, or 4 adults and 1 child up to 11 years): Double bedroom with one extra single chair bed, one double sofa bed in living room, kitchenette, private shower or bath and WC.
2 bedroom apartment (approx. 65-70m²) – sleeps 2-6: Two double bedrooms, one double sofa bed in living room, kitchenette, private shower or bath and WC.
***Please note that there is Chalet Li Palù (the main check-in building) and Chalet Emma (annex), which are two minutes' walk from one another. You will be unable to choose which one you'll stay in, but both chalets have the exact same facilities, are the same size and share similar distances from bus and other services.***
