Large small apartment house "Terrasse des Alpes". In the district of Marigny 800 m from the centre of Montana, in a quiet, sunny position. For shared use: indoor pool heated (10 x 5 m). Terrace. In the house: reception, lounge, playroom, lift, storage room for skis, washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use, extra). Shop, supermarket, restaurant 800 m, bus stop 200 m. Skisport facilities 1.5 km. Swimming pool closed in November. The resort was built on sloping grounds. The floors levels are calculated from the bottom terrace of the residence. In case of heavy snow falls, it is not allowed to clear out the snow from the terraces. 2-room apartment 53 m2 on 3rd floor: living/dining room with 1 double sofabed and cable TV (flat screen), radio, CD-player and DVD. 1 room with 1 double bed (2 x 80 cm). Kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, microwave, electric coffee machine) with hatch. Bath/WC. Terrace 17 m2, south facing position. Terrace furniture. Beautiful view of the mountains and the valley. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, free). Garage space n 72, height 200 cm. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed.
