Large, beautiful residence "Flaminia", 6 storeys, built in 1973. In the resort, in a central, elevated position, located by a road. In the house: lift, storage room for skis, central heating system, washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use). Communal covered parking (extra). Shop, grocery 300 m, restaurant 100 m, bar, café 300 m, bus stop 150 m, thermal baths 300 m. Mountain railway, slopes 500 m, ski bus stop 150 m, ice field 1 km. NB: Parking charges in the in-house garage: SFR 10/day in summer, SFR 12/day in winter. "Appartement 24", 1-room studio on 2nd floor, practical and cosy furnishings: living/sleeping room with 2 fold-away beds and cable TV (flat screen), radio. Exit to the balcony. Kitchenette (3 hot plates, oven). Bath/WC, bidet. Balcony furniture, deck chairs. Side view of the mountains. Garage (extra) on the property.
