Major expansion in world-famous resort
The "Expanded Excellence" project in Deer Valley will add over 3,700 acres of skiable terrain across four new mountains, bringing the total to 5,726 acres across 10 mountains.
The new terrain will feature 16 new chairlifts, including a gondola, and 135 new ski runs for all abilities.
The project is planned to open in phases, with the first phase, including 2,000 acres, 10 lifts and nearly 100 runs, set to open for the 25/26 winter season.
The new area, which will be accessible from the new Deer Valley East Village, will be fully integrated into Deer Valley's existing operations.

Huge overhaul of infrastructure planned in iconic French resort
Set to take place between 2025 and 2027, the "Altitude 3300" project aims to modernise the ski area by replacing existing lifts with high-performance gondolas, which will aim to improve comfort, reduce waiting times, and optimise traffic flow.
The upgrades will create a more fluid connection between Alpe d'Huez and its surrounding resorts, including Auris-en-Oisans, Oz 3300, Vaujany, and Villard-Reculas, and will also facilitate access to the Pic Blanc summit.
Key upgrades include the replacement of the Poutran and Rif Nel gondola lifts and the renovation of the Pic Blanc cable car stations in 2025, plus the replacement of the Villarais and Lièvre Blanc chairlifts in subsequent years.
Brand new spa and more in charming French resort
With its beautiful waters from a natural hot spring and stunning mountain views, the new spa will be home to a panoramic sauna, an enveloping hammam, a natural 44°C waterfall which is fed by the Monêtier hot spring, an immersive pool and ‘other surprises’ yet to be announced.
Also opening in time for the 2025-26 ski season, Serre Chevalier will be home to a new beginner ski area, making it even easier for first-timers to enjoy the thrill of snowsports.
It is on the Méa Plateau and will be served by a 450m drag lift.

Beautiful new winter walk created
The winter walk in Seefeld will be illuminated by thousands of lights and is a perfect activity for the whole family to enjoy and get some lovely pictures.
The circular route begins in Seefeld’s town centre, passing the decorated Christmas tree and Christmas market during the festive season. It bends round the parish church towards Pfarrhügel, before it eventually opens up to stunning views of Wildsee lake.
It continues past Olympiabad and an enchanting Garden of Eden before eventually steering back towards Seefeld.
