Magical - 20/02/2020
Overall

Lapland is just a magical place - there are so many amazing things to see and do there beyond skiing/snowboarding. We did snowboard everyday, but we were also able to see the Northern Lights, mush huskies, drive snowmobiles, and rode Icelandic horses... All in one week! It was just fantastic and we can't recommend it enough. Were there any negatives? Well, if you're a snowboarder and if you don't like button lifts then yes... Most of the lifts are either button or T. But that's pretty much the only downside we can think of. It's also not busy at all so often times you're all by yourself on the slopes! Also: great food! Absolutely recommended.

Magical destination for skiers and non-skiers - 05/08/2019
Overall

I visited Levi on a 3 night Santa break in early December. It was the best pre-Christmas trip that we could have chosen! I didn't ski but we did all the amazing excursions that you can do in Lapland, including husky sledding, visiting the Elves Village & Santa's Workshop, snowmobiling, and even Laser Tag in the forest. There's so much you can do in Levi, so it is great if you have non-skiers in your group as well. Most accommodations are near the town centre and the slopes. There are plenty of cute gift shops, supermarkets, fast food places, restaurants & bars to keep you busy all week. Whether you are skiing or on a Lapland Santa Break, you will be amazed!

Levi!!! skiing, snowmobiling, husky and reindeer safaris. A great recipe for a family holiday - 26/11/2012
Overall

Levi has the best facilities and the only gondola in Finland. Skiing and boarding can be done starting in October until May. The amount of slopes can not be compared to any resort in the alps but they will keep you busy for a couple of days and the Finns sure do know how the build a fun park. Levi is so much more than just a ski resort, there are loads of activities to be done. The main touristic activities are snowmobiling, husky & reindeer safaris or ice fishing. You can even do a day trip to have a day cruise on a icebreaker ship. Finnish people are generally know as quiet people, that all changes when you see them partying at the Levis apre ski club Crazy Reindeer.

Absolutely fell in love with Finland and the people. A bit on the expensive side but snow is unbelievable, why travel all the way to Canada when the snow here is just as good! I will definitely go back. Not very good for expert skiers but beginners and intermediates will love it!
