This 120 m² multi-generational duplex accommodates eight adults and two children across its carpeted floors, making it a dream for families who appreciate their own space. The split layout features two living/dining rooms, each with a flat-screen satellite TV, and two fully equipped open kitchens—perfect for brewing a morning coffee before hitting the slopes of the nearby Zillertal Arena or Hochzillertal.
Four bedrooms, some with cozy sloping ceilings and individual washbasins, provide a restful retreat. Step out onto either of the two balconies to drink in panoramic mountain views. Practicalities are sorted with a high chair, cot, free Wi-Fi, and space for two pets. Skis slide into the garage, while boots stay in the stairwell. The farmhouse, where the owner resides, includes central heating and parking for three cars. A steep mountain road leads down to Fügen's thermal baths, ski lifts, and shops
