Hotel Modlinger, Söll, Austria

Hotel Modlinger is owned by Herbert Modlinger who I feel has lost interest in the Hotel. The holiday season staff said they would not return to work there again. Rooms are very outdated, bed in 114 not comfortable. Cleaning could be much better, cobwebs above wardrobes and floors need thorough cleaning. Only positive has wrap around balcony. Breakfast was a bit sparse if you came down after 9.00am, NO Breakfast cakes. Bar downstairs run out of many spirits like Baileys & Diserano, and not replaced.
