Excellent hotel, comfortable warm and the staff where wonderful! Food was good, ski to the door. What more could you possibly want?

PLUS: Only 30 min bus transport from Kittila airport. Very clean hotel, Very friendly staff, Large rooms, Free WIFI in the whole hotel. Good variety of food and good choice and quality at buffet breakfast and dinner. Direct at slopes. Very nice spa and sauna area. The sauna area is to be entered naked. There are also two very nice whirl pools. Minus: The sauna area is separate for the genders, no family sauna (mixed gender) is available. Although it is made very clear that the sauna area is to be used naked, and although there was a strict separation of genders, there were always some tourists who totally ignored that and visited the sauna keeping their bathing suit on. Supermarket 4 km away. Room service was not really up to expected standard, the shower gel was empty when arriving and although we put it out it has not been changed. No water cooker in the room. Table cloth often dirty, not changed daily. This is a very quiet resort, there is no après ski events like in the alps, but we did not miss this.
