Complete your Lapland trip and stay in the stunning arctic surroundings of Ylläs in one of these Ylläsrinne Cabins. Located on the edge of the Pallas-Ylläs National Park amongst the snowy trees, you'll have plenty of space to play in the snow and enjoy the natural beauty of the untouched landscape.
These Ylläsrinne cabins are the ideal base for a Santa Break. The smaller chocolate-box cabins are perfect for small families whilst the bigger detached cabins are well suited to larger groups - so there'll be lots of opportunities for quality time and fun together. And when you're not out searching for Santa or exploring Lapland on one of our exciting excursions, you can look forward to getting back to your cabin to cosy up by the fire.
We've picked each cabin for their individual charm and furnishings as they all have their own unique style. The traditional Finnish cabins are dotted around the wintery woodland of the Arctic Circle. You'll get to experience the remote winter wonderland of Lapland first hand, whilst being within walking distance of the Ylläsrinne Hotel, the meeting point for your excursions and safaris.
We've taken care of the dining arrangements, with breakfast and dinner included at the neighbouring Ylläsrinne Hotel. You can also choose to have lunch here as an optional add-on. Head to the dining room for a buffet of warm, hearty food to keep you going after days out in the snow exploring Finnish Lapland.

The Santa Experience
All of our three and four night Santa Breaks include a visit to Santa's Elves Hideaway, which is a short drive from resort. Santa's Elves Hideaway is tucked away in a whimsical, snow-covered forest, adorned with twinkling candlelight. It's a magical place where the whole family can immerse themselves in an enchanting atmosphere. Join the fun at one of Santa's magical workshops and make delicious gingerbread with Santa's friendly elves, meet Santa's reindeer and even attend Elf school, where you'll learn the secrets of Santa's Elves. There will also be plenty of exciting snow games for you to enjoy including tobogganing. The highlight of the day is meeting Santa in his cosy grotto - each family will have a private meeting with Santa and children will receive a present during the visit.
Your Lapland holiday wouldn't be complete without some exciting winter excursions. We have a range of activities available to pre-book which allow you to engage in the unique Lappish culture and traditions of the region. You can race across frozen lakes and snowy landscapes on a husky sleigh ride, cosy up under a blanket and enjoy a reindeer sleigh ride through the scenic forests or whiz your way through the fells on an exhilarating snowmobile safari. Aspiring skiers and boarders are also in luck as you can add on a 'Ski Taster' package on our four night stays, which include lift passes, equipment and lessons. Ylläs is a great ski resort offering pistes for all abilities, with some fantastic beginner slopes, small classes and friendly English-speaking ski instructors. We also include arctic thermal suits and warm snow boots for all adults and children (3 years and over - as these breaks are not recommended for infants), meaning you can 'come as you are' with your normal winter outdoor clothing, and we'll do the rest, so you can relax and enjoy the Lapland snow. The representatives based in Ylläs are also on hand to ensure you make the most of your Lapland holiday - if you need any advice, tips or assistance while you're away, they're more than happy to help.

As a minimum, all cabins provide kitchen facilities with fridge, oven, microwave, kettle and toaster. They all have a sauna to warm up in after exploring the great outdoors, plus bed linen and towels are included (beds to be made on arrival).
Please note that the steps to the mezzanines are steep and mezzanine ceilings are low or sloping.
