Prestige Residence Les Fermes de Chatel
Nestled in the heart of the traditional Savoyard resort of Châtel, Résidence Les Fermes de Châtel offers an authentic alpine atmosphere combined with exceptional convenience. Comprising three rustic buildings designed in classic mountain style, the residence provides spacious self-catering accommodation right in the vibrant village centre, moments from the Super-Châtel lift and surrounding amenities.
Skiers can enjoy seamless ski-in-ski-out access, stepping directly from the residence on to the vast Portes du Soleil terrain. Apartments to the front look across the charm of the village and the dramatic valley beyond, while those to the rear overlook the home slopes. Inside, comfortable, unpretentious living spaces complement a generous array of communal facilities. Guests can unwind beside the open fireplace in the welcoming lounge, take a swim in the indoor pool framed by floor-to-ceiling panoramic windows, or relax in the dedicated wellness area featuring a soothing hot tub after a day on the mountain.

Apartment Room Options
All apartments have a kitchenette with ceramic hob, multi-function oven, microwave/grill, fridge, freezer, coffee machine and dishwasher, as well as a TV and free WiFi. Bed linen, towels and end-of-stay cleaning (except kitchen, cleaning kit included) are included.
When you arrive, you’ll need to pay a deposit of approx. €500 by credit or debit card for each apartment on your booking.
1 bedroom apartment with balcony or terrace (approx. 40m²) - sleeps 1-6: Double bedroom, living area with double sofa bed, sleeping alcove with bunk beds, private shower or bath, WC and balcony or terrace. Some apartments are duplex.
2 bedroom apartment with balcony or terrace (approx. 48m²) - sleeps 1-6: Double bedroom with en suite bathroom, twin bedroom, living area with double sofa bed, private shower, WC and balcony or terrace. Some apartments are duplex. Some of these apartments have only one bathroom.
2 bedroom apartment with balcony or terrace - sleeps 1-6: Double bedroom, cabin room with bunk beds, living area with two single sofa beds, private bath or shower, WC and balcony or terrace. Some apartments are duplex.
Baby equipment including cots, high chairs and baby baths are available to hire free of charge, on request – please let us know about any requirements when you book.
Please note: End-of-stay cleaning does not include the kitchen, so you’ll need to clean this yourself or an extra charge will be deducted from your deposit.
All beds except sofa beds will be made up before you arrive. Bed linen will be provided for sofa beds, for you to make up on arrival.
