You are positioned a mere minute's stroll from the village centre, putting alpine charm right on your doorstep. For a smooth start to your ski day, the Floria chairlift, the main ski school meeting point, and the beginner-friendly nursery slopes are all accessible within a swift six-minute walk. Daily essentials are equally effortless to manage, thanks to a well-stocked supermarket situated directly by the lower entrance.
After exploring the slopes, the residence invites you to unwind completely. You can enjoy a relaxing swim in the heated indoor pool or dedicate your late afternoon to the soothing spa area, complete with a sauna, steam room, and hot tub.
The exterior showcases traditional Savoyard architecture, using natural wood and stone to blend seamlessly into the snowy mountain scenery. Inside, the spacious apartments wrap you in comfort, featuring rich exposed beams, carved heart details, and warm red and cream tones. Every apartment boasts a well-equipped kitchenette for flexible self-catering, alongside a private balcony framing beautiful peak views. To make mornings even smoother, you can pre-order fresh local pastries directly from reception.

The residence is built into a hill with buildings connected by lifts on separate levels. On arrival, check in at the upper entrance at the top of the hill. Once you’re settled, you can use the lower entrance for the easiest access to the ski slopes and village centre.
Apartment Room Options
All apartments are non-smoking and have a kitchenette with an oven, hob, fridge, kettle, coffee machine, tea or coffee-making facilities, microwave, toaster and dishwasher, as well as a flatscreen TV, free WiFi and hairdryer. Towels, linen and end-of-stay cleaning (except kitchen) are included.
When you arrive, you’ll need to pay a deposit of approx. €400 in cash or by credit or debit card for each apartment on your booking.

2 bedroom apartment with balcony (approx. 45-50m²) – sleeps 1-6: Twin bedroom (some without windows), double bedroom, living area with two single pull-out sofa beds, private shower, bath with shower attachment, WC and balcony.
3 bedroom apartment with balcony (approx. 65-80m²) – sleeps 1-8: Two twin bedrooms, double bedroom, living area with two single pull-out sofa beds, private shower, bath with shower attachment, two WCs and balcony. Some of these apartments are duplex, spread across two floors.
4 bedroom apartment with balcony (approx. 85-100m²) – sleeps 1-10: Two twin bedrooms, two double bedrooms, living area with two single pull-out sofa beds, private shower or bath, bath with shower attachment, two WCs and balcony. Some of these apartments are duplex, spread across two floors.
