Skiing in La Plagne Centre
There are plenty of spectacular runs for skiers to enjoy across La Plagne, including some brilliant powder bowls and a selection of tree-lined runs. There is also a number of fantastic beginner and intermediate skiers.
There is a fantastic range of terrain for skiers and snowboarders in La Plagne ranging from 1800m to 3417m. There are 225km of pistes in La Plagne and another 200km in Les Arcs which is accessible via the Vanoise Express. La Plagne Centre makes up one part of the Paradiski Ski area which in total has a skiing area of 425 km.
Montalbert is another great option for visitors wanting to escape the busy crowds, with plenty of long runs for visitors to take advantage of through the wonderful forest scenery.
Apres ski, restaurants and other activities in La Plagne Centre
There are plenty of great activities and sports to watch at the village, including the Stade Olympique run, where travellers can enjoy a professional mogul or slalom contest. There are also some great hiking routes available for visitors to take extensive tours of the mountain.
When it comes to food and drink, tourists can take advantage of amazing menus at La Metairie, La Refuge, La Grolle and Le Chaudron. Other great options include Chez Marie, Le Croq-Neige and Scotty’s bar.

Once the lifts are closed you can still access the surrounding villages with the regular bus service running between Plagne 1800, Plagne Centre and Plagne Bellecotte until midnight.
