Stepping into Sälens Högfjällshotell, affectionately known as Högis, feels like entering a storied piece of Swedish history. Situated in the heart of the Högfjället area, the hotel offers seamless ski-in, ski-out access with a lift positioned just steps from the boot room. Beyond the slopes, the experience is wonderfully varied. You might find yourself finding balance in a yoga session, catching a film at the on-site cinema, or sipping a cocktail to live music in the sophisticated Piano Bar. Dining is equally diverse, ranging from authentic pizzas at Leffes to the indulgence of the Champagne Shelf. For those seeking adventure, the surrounding wilderness hosts snowmobile safaris and husky sledding, while the nightclub ensures the evening ends on a high note.
