Gstaad Ski Resort
The car-free resort is perfect for an early-evening wander, with window-shopping at the designer shops before enjoying a coffee at Michel’s Stallbeizli. The village is traditional in style with charming alpine chalets, and the surrounding mountain scenery is stunning.
Skiing in Gstaad, Switzerland
On the mountain, skiers will find 220km of pistes to explore as well as three snowparks, two timed race courses and a ski-cross run. Eight nursery slopes cater for Beginners. Intermediates will enjoy the many blue and red runs which are surprisingly quiet and make up the majority of the pistes on offer.

Gstaad has an excellent selection of bars, restaurants and clubs and the nightlife is good but not too wild. As quite a glitzy resort, Gstaad does have a reputation for being quite expensive but there is sufficient choice for everyone to find a restaurant or nightspot to suit their budget.
