The Green Workout: This workout is the easiest of the three and is designed for people who are interested in gently improving their flexibility and core strength.
The Blue Workout: Aimed at those who have an average fitness level and are looking to further build upon their flexibility, this is our intermediate exercise guide. It also focuses on conditioning and strengthening the muscles that are used the most in skiing and snowboarding.
The Black Workout: This one is aimed at those who exercise regularly and have a reasonably high fitness level. The exercises in this plan are ideally completed at the gym or with workout equipment.
