Just back from a week's skiing and the hosts were fantastic. Nothing was too much effort, the food was fantastic and the effort they put in was top notch.
However, I would not call the chalet itself great, it was adequate.
Our room had the sloping roof (and in contrast to booking information, was on both sides of the room and is so significant that you can only stand up in the middle of the room (I'm only 170cm), you have tp duck to get in and can't stand up to shower or to use the toilet. It justified having a bath though. I guess that is why they say sloping roof.
There was also no sound proofing of note and we could hear the hosts preparing breaky every morning. Some fellow guests left their suitcases in the hall as their room was so small.
There is no boot room, the ski room sometimes locks and a few other aspects of maintenance could be addressed by Crystal.
The two hosts (and the other guests) made our week - I'd go back to wherever they were working.
