Great chalet in a superb location with very friendly staff. Snow conditions of course help, but the location and staff in the chalet helped make this a superb holiday. Resort has plenty to offer in variety of terrain, lots of good restaurants on the mountain, overall fun place to be.

We were very happy with the chalet and the location one of the best. Being in my 60's I do not relish in carrying my skis any distance-this chalet is situated right on the piste. Skis out of the ski room, straight out of the door, skis on, and down the slope to the lifts in La Plagne centre. Absolute heaven! All the staff were very helpful especially on arrival and departure, having your luggage carried into the chalet on arrival and loaded on to the coach on departure. Excellent idea of having your names on each floor with your allocated room indicated. Overall the chalet was run to precision with everything as good as we would wish for. The afternoon cakes were numerous and great.

Great position next to the pistes, and we had great weather for a whole week. La Graciosa was a bit tired, but staff, food, and service made up for the decor.
