First class hotel for everything. And the best thing is the Penkan gondala is next to the hotel.

The spa Hotel Strass was that good in 2010 we are coming back this year 2011 for another fortnight, the staff the food and the accommodation were all first class, and entertainment at night to boot with some excellent artists to suit all tastes, we can definitely recommend this hotel to anyone, also the superb spa area is second to none, we can't wait to get back

Our fourth year with Iglu Ski and second visit to Strass Hotel. From initial booking to returning to Innsbruck and heading home, we were wonderfully looked after.

Tip top resort -

Just back from a fantastic weeks skiing. Staff at hotel were great. Single room was quite generous. Food- as a vegetarian- was varied & delicious. Located right next to the gondola a bonus. With skiing & apres ski to suit everyone..almost perfect!

What a trip! -

We stayed as a family of 4 at the Hotel Strass over Xmas 2022. What a hotel! The room we had was dated (Not really an issue!) but the real star of the show here is the food & restaurant. Fine dining every night and the Staff are among the best I have ever encountered. This included a visit from Santa for the kids armed with a present (Quality ski socks!). It's literally a few seconds' walk to the lift, which means it's in an unbelievable location. The pool area is really nice, the gym is OK. The pool table/table tennis area is a bit 1980s youth centre, but it's still a great facility to have to help entertain the kids. The hotel has the Ice Bar built into it, which is one of the more popular Apres bars, but it closes at ten, which again is great for a family. The Spar is over the road and there are plenty of ski hire shops literally on the doorstep. I honestly can not fault the hotel or recommend it enough.
