Zell am See: Cosy single-family house "Ferienhaus Steiner". In a central, sunny position, 150 m from the skiing area, located by a road. Private: garden. Terrace, barbecue. In the house: storage room for skis, central heating system. Parking at the house. Grocery 300 m, restaurant 50 m, railway station "Zell am See" 700 m, indoor swimming pool 300 m, public bathing area 400 m. Golf course 4.5 km, gondola lift 150 m, ski bus stop 50 m, cross country ski track 400 m. Please note: ski bus (free of charge). Town centre with pedestrian zone, 200 m. The house is ideally located, very close to the Zeller mountain cableways(direct access to the Cityexpress gondula) and direct access to the Schmittenhohenbahn cableway and the ski shuttle bus to Kaprun (Kitzsteinhorn glacier ski region). All facilities are within walking distance in Zell am See. Swimming in Zeller lake, fishing and boat hire 400 m. Hiking directly from the house (also in winter). Heating all year round (on request). The owner's stock room (vet practice) is situated on the ground floor (hardly used, no disturbance, separate area/entrance). Please note: maximum occupancy of 10 people, including children from 2 years! Pets allowed on request (extra). The price per pet includes a flea treatment, compulsory on arrival. Extra bed on request (extra). Parking in front of the house for up to 3 cars. 4-room house 150 m2 on 3 levels, tasteful and cosy furnishings: entrance hall. Shower, sep. WC. Upper floor: large living/sleeping room 35 m2 with 1 double sofabed, dining table, dining nook, satellite TV and tiled stove. 1 double bedroom. Kitchen-/living room (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave, electric coffee machine) with dining nook. Exit to the terrace. Bathroom, sep. WC. 2nd upper floor: 1 double bedroom with sloping ceilings. 1 room with sloping ceilings with 2 double beds and hand-basin. Large terrace, garden. Very beautiful view of the mountains and the ski run. Facilities: washing machine, safe, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, extra). Reserved parking (3 cars). Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Living room with additional armchairs. The living room on 1st floor and the double bedroom are connected. WL-LAN available (extra). First stack of firewood included, each further delivery extra.
