Nestled amongst peaceful fir trees in the Borovets Hills, this ski & spa hotel is the perfect choice for a relaxing break. The classic wooden and stone exterior continues inside with rich red carpets and softly lit rooms, setting the scene for a tranquil getaway. When you’re ready to hit the slopes, it’s a short walk to the Yastrabets red run, which leads to the Express chairlift. Alternatively, a hotel shuttle bus is available to take you directly to the Yastrabets gondola in the centre of town.
Evenings can be spent warming up by the fireplace in the lounge bar with a drink. For those looking to soothe aching muscles, the top-notch spa has a heated indoor pool, three saunas—including a traditional Finnish sauna—and a steam room and a salt room. Half board stays include a buffet breakfast with both hot and cold options and an evening buffet where you can try Bulgarian dishes. The hotel is especially proud of its homemade cakes and syrupy baklava.
