This chalet apartment is at the top of Chalet Papillon, la Rosiere. On the lower level of the Papillon 6 there are four bedrooms, a further two bedrooms are on the top floor of the chalet; all have full en-suite facilities. The open plan lounge and dining room are on the middle floor. The lounge comes complete with log burning fire, plenty of seating and a balcony.
All bedrooms in chalet Papillon have full en-suite facilities; there are two communal saunas and plenty of underground parking. We have installed Wi-Fi internet access in Chalet Papillon, for those who really cannot do without it. These chalets have proved to be very popular with regular Ski Beat guests in la Rosiere.
There is a ski deposit together with boot warmers on the ground floor.
Luxury Massages in your own chalet (Hot Rocks, Relaxing Swedish or Deep Tissue if you've taken a tumble on the piste)
The chalet's prime position near to the pistes allows you to ski to and from just 75m away. It is close to the Les Eucherts Express 6-seater chairlift, ESF ski school meeting point, kintergarden and nursery slope, all of which are a short walk or ski away in the morning. Les Eucherts links to La Rosiere 1850 via a pretty forest track which can be easily walked in 15 minutes. Alternatively you can take a short local bus ride.
However with its own ski school and hire, bowling alley, ice rink, bars and restaurants, Les Eucherts is a convenient centre in itself.
The Chalet Papillon 6 hosts live in within their own self-contained area.
All rooms except Room 4 have space for cots.

Appetising Canapés & Apéritifs
A lovely start to the week, on arrival in your chalet, handmade pre-dinner canapes and aperitifs will be served to you in the lounge whilst your chalet host welcomes you to your chalet and introduces you to the resort.
Delicious cooked breakfasts
Start your day with a delicious cooked breakfast that includes bacon, eggs, Heinz beans or hash browns and mushrooms or tomatoes plus a selection of cereals, porridge, yogurts and fresh bread. Served 8am to 9am.
Homemade cakes & afternoon tea
Scrumptious homemade cakes and a choice of teas are provided every day, best enjoyed while you relax in the lounge area in front of the log fire.
Three course dinner
Home cooked evening meal served at 8pm with unlimited carefully selected choice of red or white wines, with an additional 4th course of local cheese board with port on your final evening.
Your chalet hosts will dine with you in the evenings.
Children's High Tea
Children aged 11 and under will be served High Tea at around 6pm. This is provided at no extra cost and ensures that your child's normal routine is not disturbed: soft drinks or milk are served with the meal. It also ensures that adults can enjoy their evening meal, which is served at 8pm. If you have booked a whole chalet then you can eat together - please speak to your chalet hosts on arrival.
Special Dietary Requirements
Our chalet hosts are used to adapting the menu to accommodate your food preferences. If you do have a specific dietary need (eg., vegetarian or Coeliac) or an allergy, please let the office know at least 10 days prior to your holiday start date. Many food preferences can be dealt with on arrival. Please note that French Alpine supermarkets do not have the same range as British supermarkets, therefore if you have very strict dietary needs it is helpful if you can bring a few items.
