This modern, stylishly appointed apartment is located in the 'Victoria and Valentine' complex, right in the centre of the village. The complex boasts a beautiful spa area with a large pool, sauna, hammam, well-equipped gym, and games room.
The main apartment Victoria III is set out over one floor and has four bedrooms and three bathrooms/shower rooms sleeping a total of eight people.
You enter the apartment into the beautiful open plan living and dining room with open fire and luxurious sofas and armchairs. The kitchen opening into this area is fully equipped with every modern luxury. The apartment features a Bose sound system and flat screen televisions throughout.
Three of the bedrooms are situated at the rear of the property. These bedrooms open onto the terrace from which you can take in the great views of the Savoleyres ski area and plan your days skiing. These rooms include one double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a twin bedroom with en-suite shower room as well as a further twin bedroom with shared bathroom. The fourth bedroom has double bunk beds (sleeping two) and shares a bathroom with the twin bedroom. The bunk room has no external windows, instead it has a window that opens onto the living area.
An internal staircase leads downstairs to Victoria 0II, a further two-bedroom property with separate living area, bathroom, toilet, and laundry which can be rented in conjunction with Victoria III to sleep a total of 12 people (additional charge applied when renting Victoria III and Victoria 0II combined).
You enter the apartment into the open plan dining room and living area. The apartment has a separate small kitchenette.
The terrace can be accessed via the living area or the double bedroom.
A corridor leads to the double bedroom, adjacent to which is located a large bathroom.
The second bedroom is accessed from the living room. This is a twin room. It should be noted that this room does not have external windows but a window which opens onto the living room.
The apartment also has an additional toilet and a laundry area.
A secure door opens onto an internal staircase to Victoria III. This apartment can only be rented in conjunction with Victoria III.
The apartment normally has a shared driver service between 8.30am and 1.00am if sold on a full service catered basis.
