Simple, comfortable small apartment house "Alba", 4 storeys. In the district of Winkelmatten, in a quiet position on a slope, west facing position. In the house: storage room for skis. 100 m steep footpath to the house. Grocery 400 m, shopping centre 700 m, restaurant 400 m, bus stop "Wiestiboden" 150 m, railway station "Klein Matterhorn" 600 m, underground station "Sunnegga" 900 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Klein Matterhorn. Hiking paths: am Wanderweg nach Findeln / Sunnegga, AHV Weg. Distance from the road to the entrance: 150 m. The cab cannot stop right in front of the house! 2-room apartment 55 m2 on 2nd floor, simple and practical furnishings: open living/dining room with 1 sofabed (140 cm, length 200 cm), cable TV. Exit to the balcony, south facing position and west facing position. 1 double bedroom with 1 double bed (2 x 90 cm, length 200 cm). Open kitchen (3 hot plates, oven, microwave). Bath/WC. Very beautiful view of the mountains and the valley. Please note: non-smokers only.
