Alpe d’Huez to Open This Weekend – 3 Weeks Early!

Alpe d’Huez to Open This Weekend – 3 Weeks Early! Due to the fantastic early snowfall across The Alps there is enough snow in Alpe d’Huez to open 5 pistes early (Cristallière, Herpie, Hermine, Crystal, and Glacier) that can be accessed by the Grandes Rousses DMC 1 and 2 lifts, the Pic Blanc cable car, and the Glacier and Herpie chairlifts.

From this Saturday, 16th November, Alpe D’Huez will open its glacier for skiing and snowboarding for the weekend, then every weekend until the resort’s official opening on the 6th December.
