Shop 200 m, grocery 50 m, restaurant, bar 200 m, bus stop 450 m, outdoor swimming pool 200 m. Skisport facilities, slopes, ski school 200 m, ski-kindergarten 50 m, sled run 200 m. Please note: There are more similar properties for rent in this same residence. 2-room apartment 33 m2 on 7th floor, north-east facing position, beautiful furnishings: living/dining room with 1 pull-out bed (2 pers. 2 x 80 cm), TV (flat screen). Exit to the balcony. 1 room with 1 double sofabed. Exit to the balcony. Kitchenette (2 hot plates, oven, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Bathroom, sep. WC. Electric heating. Terrace furniture. Very beautiful view of the mountains and the valley. Facilities: washing machine, iron. Please note: non-smokers only.
