How do I get confirmation of my booking?
After we’ve taken payment for your last minute ski holiday we will send you a confirmation email. This will confirm all the necessary details, for example; flight times and which terminal you are flying from. Please check this carefully and inform us of any discrepancies immediately.
How will I get my tickets?
Don't worry. You can book a last minute ski holiday all the way up to the day of departure. There are two types of last minute tickets; ticket on departure, which is collected at the airport or you will get E tickets. We will confirm which ticket you have at the time of booking. The choice of last minute ticket is dependent on the ski operator and not optional.
What is an E ticket?
An e-ticket is a paperless ticketing system, whereby the ticket is held in the airlines database. Booking and paying for your last minute ski holiday is done in the usual way, however, there is no paper ticket, instead you will be emailed with a reference number. Take this reference number and your passport and simply go straight to check-in.
What is ticket on departure?
This is a paper ticket that you need to pick up at the airport before check-in. You will either need to collect this from a ski operator representative or the collection desk at the airport. We will confirm this at time of booking.
How do I arrange lift passes and equipment hire?
These can normally be pre-booked up until about 3 days before departure, although there’s no need to worry if you have not pre-booked, these can be done with your rep either on the airport transfer or once you have arrived in resort.
